I lost motivation and most importantly I was sucks at marketing

I was doing it all alone and I was not good with some parts (marketing, etc). So unless you don't have a strong team, it's kind of hard to stay on the track.

More planning before starting something. Gather few people to help you along the way.

I wasn't solving a problem for myself and I lost motivation

Making a startup happen is hard - even if the market is huge, it will be hard to stay motivated if you don't solve a problem for yourself.

It's important to solve things people want - but unless you have a super strong founding team it will be tough to stay on track if it isn't something you want personally.

Why it failed

I did not know that StartUp should be sold (exited). I thought I should create it and then scale. But in fact if you found working business model you can sell it to existing huge companies on this market. Otherwise they will easily copy it and you can die
